He has been providing his services to Hospitals, Educational Institutions, hotels, manufacturing, insurance, banking companies etc. Apart from being tax and audit expert, his expertise is also in developing financial models for different types of projects.

CA Navdeep Punj
FCA, Partner of the firm is having experience of more than 25 years’ in various fields. He has worked in number of companies in India and USA in his long career looking after banking, audit, managing accounts and receivables. He has also been working as financial controller with direct reporting to the top management. During his career he has catered to various sectors such as hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, logistics, paper industry etc. He has played a vital role in cost reduction through financial planning and by effectively using cost cutting measures in turnaround of some of the units where he was employed.

CA Krishna Sharma
FCA, partner of firm is having post qualification experience of more than 8 years in the field of accounting, audit and due diligence of investee companies by potential investors. He is well versed with latest technological developments and an IT savvy. He has developed expertise in ensuring statutory compliances of Service Tax, VAT, TDS by the clients and maintaining / auditing of accounts. He is also having experience in the field of Indirect taxation of all state and associated with all types of trading and manufacturing organization.

CA Shubham Agarwal
ACA Partner with more than 3 years post qualification experience having vast knowledge in the field of statutory audits. He has performed audits of a range of clients from growing businesses to established industries. Completed articleship from big 7 firm, has handled clients in different sectors ranging from oil refinery, banking, to construction advisory, food retail etc.

CA Shivangi Agarwal
ACA Partner, with 1 year post qualification experience having knowledge in the field of insolvency related fields. She is a young professional and has worked with a big company dealing in insolvency and liquidation services and was closely associated during the Aircel project.

OTHER TEAM MEMBERS:

L N Sachdeva, CFA (ICFAI), CAIIB, is having more than 45 years’ experience in the field of banking, merchant banking and project finance advisory. In his long career, he has been associated with number of infrastructure, industrial and retail projects. He has all round banking experience on the assets as well as liability side. He has appraised projects as small as of USD 30 only and as big as USD 0.5 billion in different stages of his banking career. He has been instrumental in turnaround of number of sick and weak units. He has represented the bank before BIFR, AIIFR and acted as an Operating Agency. In his advisory role, he is providing financial advisory services to National Highways Authority of India and Ministry of Road & Transport, Government of India as Team Leader for number of road projects on BOT, Hybrid Annuity and EPC basis. He has undertaken number of feasibility studies, drafted information memorandums and developed financial models for industrial and infrastructure projects. He has successfully arranged funds for number of infrastructure, industrial, hotels, logistics and real estate projects. He has assisted in takeover & merger of companies, investee companies and investor of funds. He has written number of articles for newspapers and magazines in the field of finance.

Ankit Kumar Jindal, B. Com., ACS, started his career as management trainee with a large listed company “INDIAN SUCROSE LIMITED “and is having his experience now for more than 8 years. He was elected and awarded as the best participant in Management Skills Orientation Programme conducted and organized by the NIRC OF ICSI. He has got rich experience in handling all secretarial matters starting from registration of a company to compliances and filings. He is well versed with the Companies Act related compliances relating to takeover and investment in companies. He has represented his various clients before, ROC, CLB, Income Tax, Service Tax, VAT, Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) and other statutory/regulatory agencies. He is well conversed and has been practicing in the matters relating to the Companies act, Limited Liability Partnership act, FEMA, Societies Registration Act, Indian Trusts Act, Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, Trademark Act, Copy Right Act, Labour Laws, etc.
